week 16

Peach Cobbler Experiment


I love to bake and cook new things. Texas peaches are so fresh and delicious during the summer. That said I decided to try to make peach cobbler from scratch. Sounds simple enough but I'm used to using crusts that come in a box or in the dairy section. With the help of my food processor everything came out OK. We added some vanilla ice cream to top it off and Tom and I took care of cleaning out the peach cobbler dish in less than 2 weeks.
