week 29

Week 29 has started and the belly is showing it. Hannah's gentle kicks that use to tickle have turned into jabs and sometimes painful pokes. It's so neat how I can tell apart her movement now. I can feel if she is turning over, around, stretching, or kicking for more room.

Here we are at my last 4 week appointment. I start going in every 2 weeks now. I had my testing done for Gestational Diabetes and will get my results next week or so.  Everything looks good but the Dr. told us to make sure we have our car-seat ready and Merry Christmas baby. Maybe he thinks Hannah will come early, around the holidays.

We had our first newborn care class this weekend. Here is Tom practicing how to angle a bottle to ensure the baby doesn't swallow any air.

Changing diapers is real easy on a rubber doll that doesn't move or cry.  But any practice is good practice.
