Holiday Craziness at The Arms' Household

We visited Santa on Saturday, December 10th. I wanted to get my own pictures on Hannah with Santa but by the time Santa came out it was half an hour past her usual nap time and she only wanted Mommy. But I think the crying baby on Santa's lap is adorable and a great memory.

Hannah and I went with our friend Kaitlin and her daughter Zoe to the Round Rock Christmas Family Night on Friday, December 9th. They lit up the tree and water tower, Santa rode down Main Street, and they had face painting and other activities for the kids. They also shot off the fire work saved from 4th of July. We've finally gotten some rain so they gave a great show.  Hannah got her face painted. She sat perfectly still until the lady was finished. However, the paint took awhile to dry and ended up on her jacket. Thankfully I chose white paint and it blends perfectly with her white coat.

We went to have Pancakes With Santa at my school. Several student in my class sang holiday songs. Hannah really enjoyed it until Mommy was taking pictures and she had a woopsadasie tumble on the floor. So much for Mom of the Year, though I think I lost that one after about 3 weeks. We are so busy this year with packing and trying to expose Hannah to everything we love about Christmas but I'm trying to cherish every moment with her. She only has 1 first Christmas so I have no problem going overboard.
